At iLoveMy.Pet, we stand by the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from how it's described on our website, we'll make it right.
Just email us at hello@ilovemy.pet within 30 days of delivery, tell us what went wrong, and include a few photos of the item you received. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
We'd love to offer change-of-mind returns too, but because we ship from outside the US, the return shipping cost is often higher than the cost of the product itself.
We don't want you stuck with that, so we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. We also can't accept returns on personalized items, since they're made just for you.
That said, we genuinely want you happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us, and we'll do what we both think is fair.

We strive to ship most products within 0-3 days, with the exception of products that are customized or made-on-demand, which may take 4-10 days to ship.

PACKAGE TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive a unique package tracking number for each product you ordered.
You can track your package from origin to delivery address online using the tracking number provided. To track your package, please visit https://ilovemy.pet/apps/parcelpanel.
We also proactively share the following updates via email:
- Order Packed - This email will be sent to you when your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the shipping company.
- Order Shipped - This email will be sent to you when the shipping company picks up your package and it's added to the logistics network.
- Order Out for Delivery - This email will be sent to you when the package arrives at your local post office.
- Delivery Failed - If the package arrives but no one's available to receive it, we'll email you about the failed delivery.
