Shipping Time 

Most products ship within 3-6 days, taking 12-22 days in all to reach the United States and Canada. 20-30 days to reach most EU countries, and 20-30 days to reach Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Cost 

We offer Free Global Shipping on orders above USD $18, and charge $3 shipping fees on orders below USD $18.

Package Tracking

Within 3-6 days of you placing an order, we’ll share with you your package tracking number(s).

Each product ordered will have a unique package tracking number which is traceable in real time from origin to delivery address online.

Package tracking is available for most countries, but may not be available for a few smaller countries.

 

Returns

As our products are shipped internationally, it's fairly impractical to offer returns.

We are however 100% committed to our customers. So please do email us on hello@ ilovemy.pet should you have any concerns regarding your order and we'll do our best to assist.

Rest assured your satisfaction is our key concern. 

 

What if you order the Wrong Size?

Should you accidentally order a wrong size - we’ll give you a special one-time coupon code to order the same product again in the right size at 40% less.

Defects & Damages

Should you receive a defective, damaged or incomplete product, please let us know at the earliest.

We’ll also need your help with photos of the damaged or incomplete product and will offer a full or part refund.

 

Late Delivery or Non-Delivery

Should your package arrive any later than 45 days, we’ll give you a 30% refund. Should it not arrive within 60 days, we’ll give you a 100% refund.

Please note packages showing delivered by USPS or any other mailing service will not be refunded.

We request our customers to provide a safe place for the package to be delivered. We only work with international shipping providers who offer online mail tracking.

Most orders are delivered by USPS and can be tracked on the USPS website.

 

Duties and Taxes

Any local import duties and taxes (if any) will need to be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery to the local government.

Import duties and taxes vary by country and by purchase amount. Usually for lesser value items like on our website there are no import duties or taxes.
