We strive to ship most products within 0-3 days, with the exception of products that are customized or printed-on-demand, which may take 4-10 days to ship.


Once shipped, you will receive a unique package tracking number for each product you ordered. You can track your package from origin to delivery address online using the tracking number provided. To track your package, please visit https://ilovemy.pet/apps/parcelpanel.

We understand that our customers value updates on their packages, and we are committed to providing them with the best possible service. For this reason, we will proactively share the following tracking updates via email:

  1. Order Packed - This email will be sent to you when your order is packed and ready to be picked up by the shipping company.
  2. Order Shipped - This email will be sent to you when the shipping company picks up your package and it's added to the logistics network.
  3. Order Out for Delivery - This email will be sent to you when the package arrives at your local post office.
  4. Delivery Failed - In the unlikely event that the package arrives at your doorstep but no one is available to receive it, we will send you an email notifying you of the failed delivery.

To ensure that you receive these updates and your package is delivered securely, we kindly ask that you provide us with an accurate email address and request shipment to an address where someone is available to receive the package.


30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At iLoveMy.Pet, we stand by the quality of our products with a 30-day return policy. If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the description on our website, you are eligible for a return.

Please note, returns for incorrect sizes or change of mind are not available. However, we understand mistakes happen. If an incorrect size is ordered, reach out to us. While a direct return might not be possible, we strive to offer a compensatory token for your next purchase to ensure your satisfaction.

To initiate a return for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery at hello@ilovemy.pet, including your order number in the communication. To expedite the process, we ask that you send us a few photos of the item along with an image of the shipping label to help us quickly assess the situation.
