At iLoveMy.Pet, we stand by the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from how it's described on our website, we'll make it right.
Just email us at hello@ilovemy.pet within 30 days of delivery, tell us what went wrong, and include a few photos of the item you received. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
We'd love to offer change-of-mind returns too, but because we ship from outside the US, the return shipping cost is often higher than the cost of the product itself.
We don't want you stuck with that, so we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. We also can't accept returns on personalized items, since they're made just for you.
That said, we genuinely want you happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us, and we'll do what we both think is fair.

I am not happy with my order. I ordered the sweatshirt for a Christmas gift for my cousin in Federal Way, Washington. I ordered a sweatshirt that said "chshund Mom", size medium. What she got was a size large that said "life is better with a dachshund. It is too big for her so I told her to wash it in hot water and dry from you again. high and maybe that would shrink it. I haven't heard back from her to see if that worked or not but still not pleased with your service. Won't be ordering anything

You're right - you did order a medium size sweatshirt and we shipped you a large size by mistake. Our apologies for the mix-up.
For the design however, I'm afraid you may have accidentally purchased the 'Life is Better with a Dachshund' design, as we presently donโt have a โDachshund Momโ design.
Irrespective, we're happy to ship your cousin the sweatshirt again in Medium size.
