    It took forever to arrive and when it did the zipper didn’t work well. Pretty disappointing.

    Our apologies for the faulty zipper and we greatly appreciate your feedback. We're sending you another coin purse. It should arrive in the coming 14 days.

    The last package took longer as most of our suppliers were on leave for the lunar new year in the first week of Feb. Our apologies again for the delay.
