Shipping Time 

Most products ship within 3-7 days. Some products may take longer to ship if they're custom printed, or otherwise mentioned on the respective product page.

Package Tracking 

Within 3-7 days of you placing an order, we’ll share with you your package tracking number(s).

Each product ordered will have a unique package tracking number which is traceable from origin to delivery address online. 

Your online package tracking number and url will be emailed to you as available.

Returns

As our products are shipped internationally, it's fairly impractical to offer returns. We're very happy for you to mail us the product back, but return shipping costs from your country may be higher than the cost of your purchase.

Defects & Damages

Should you receive a defective, damaged or incomplete product, please let us know at the earliest.

We’ll need your help with photos of the damaged or incomplete product and will offer a full or part refund.

Late Delivery or Non-Delivery

Should your package not arrive, or arrive any later than 90 days, we’ll give you a full refund.

Please note packages showing delivered by USPS or any other mailing service will not be refunded. We request you to provide a safe place for the package to be delivered.

We only work with international shipping providers who offer online mail tracking and reliable delivery.

Duties & Taxes

While we via our suppliers pay local sales tax in most countries including US, UK, Australia and Canada. Any additional local import duties and taxes (if any), will need to be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery to the local government.

Import duties and taxes vary by country and by purchase amount. Usually for lesser value items like on our website there are no import duties or taxes.
