Please note, returns for incorrect sizes or change of mind are not available. However, we understand mistakes happen. If an incorrect size is ordered, please reach out to us.

To initiate a return for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery at hello@ilovemy.pet, including your order number in the communication. To expedite the process, we ask that you send us a few photos of the item along with an image of the shipping label to help us quickly assess the situation.
