DISPATCH TIME and PACKAGE TRACKING

4. Delivery Failed - In the unlikely event that the package arrives at your doorstep but no one is available to receive it, we will send you an email notifying you of the failed delivery.

7-DAY RETURNS POLICY

iLoveMy.Pet offers a 7-day return policy for items that arrive damaged or defective, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@ilovemy.pet with your order number and a description of the issue. We kindly request that you provide photos of the item to help us understand the issue and improve our product offerings.

We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping and payment gateway costs are non-refundable.
