30 Day Easy Returns.
Just email us at hello@ilovemy.pet within 30 days of delivery, tell us what went wrong, and include a few photos of the item you received. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, we'll usually send a replacement or refund you, and often you won't even need to send the item back.
We'd love to offer change-of-mind returns too, but as we ship from outside the US, the return shipping cost is often higher than the cost of the product itself. So we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
That said, we genuinely want you happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us, and we'll do what we both think is fair.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. The towel came and it looked very cheaply made. It was purchased for a gift but I was too embarrassed to give it to someone.

We’re not sure if you may have received a poor print or that you may be finding the towel to not be very thick. Usually the print quality is good, but we understand that these towels are 205 GSM, which are not very thick. We regret not being able to offer you a gift worth gifting. We’ve emailed you as well. We hope you spot it and we look forward to your response.
