RETURNS POLICY
Shop With Confidence, Quality Assured.
At iLoveMy.Pet, we stand by the quality of everything we make. While our return window is 30 days, we expect our products to bring you and your loved ones joy for years to come. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from how it's described on our website, we'll make it right.
30 Day Easy Returns.
Just email us at hello@ilovemy.pet within 30 days of delivery, tell us what went wrong, and include a few photos of the item you received. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, we'll usually send a replacement or refund you, and often you won't even need to send the item back.
We'd love to offer change-of-mind returns too, but as we ship from outside the US, the return shipping cost is often higher than the cost of the product itself. So we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
That said, we genuinely want you happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us, and we'll do what we both think is fair.

- Lori N.Rated 5 out of 5 stars4 days agoLove these two stuffed pitbull's❤️
These were ordered for my grandson and he takes the gray pit everywhere.
I desperately would love to be able to purchase two more one of each, but it says you're sold out. Is there anyway at all please that you would have these two available for me to purchase for my second grandson???.......please. They have two pets that look identical to these stuffed animals. I've looked everywhere and cannot find any as nice as these two..
I-iLoveMy.Pet - Gifts for Dog Lovers15 seconds agoHi Lori,
Thank you so much for your incredibly kind review!
We're so happy to hear that your grandson loves his stuffed Pit Bulls and that they've become some of his favorite companions. It's especially wonderful to hear how closely they resemble his own pets.
Thank you as well for reaching out about getting another one for your second grandson. Unfortunately, those particular plush toys are still out of stock, and at the moment we're not sure if or when they'll be available again. If they do come back, we'll be sure to let you know.
In the meantime, we do have a few other Pit Bull plush toys available that you might like to consider:

Thanks again for your lovely review and for choosing us for your grandsons. It really means a lot to us.
Warmly,
Varun
