Just email us at hello@ilovemy.pet within 30 days of delivery, tell us what went wrong, and include a few photos of the item you received. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
We'd love to offer change-of-mind returns too, but because we ship from outside the US, the return shipping cost is often higher than the cost of the product itself.
We don't want you stuck with that, so we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. We also can't accept returns on personalized items, since they're made just for you.
That said, we genuinely want you happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us, and we'll do what we both think is fair.

This arrived after approximately a month of shipping overseas to the US. The dog is pretty life like, but I’ve owned another that was far more lifelike than this one. THe face has some glue spots showing so it definitely doesn’t compare. However I bought this one because it has an on/off switch. It works beautifully and I appreciate being able to save the battery!
