Just email us at hello@ilovemy.pet within 30 days of delivery, tell us what went wrong, and include a few photos of the item you received. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, we'll usually send a replacement or refund you, and often you won't even need to send the item back.
We'd love to offer change-of-mind returns too, but as we ship from outside the US, the return shipping cost is often higher than the cost of the product itself. So we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
That said, we genuinely want you happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us, and we'll do what we both think is fair.

This is just the most real looking Beagle you can find! We've had a Beagle as a pet for over 50 years and so we do know what they look like. This is perfect--and the eyes and nose are so lifelike!!! I got the X Large and thought it would be a little larger than it was--next time I'll get the giant one so it looks more the size in the picture. I am just so happy with this purchase and have already done more business with this company!! I Do Love My Pet!!!!

Hi! I am a second grade teacher and I buy a Beagle Stuffed Animal from you every year. You must be wondering why. LOL I’m a second grade teacher and the Beagle is our classroom mascot. His name is Scout and he was named after my own pet. Unfortunately, the real Scout passed away in 2023, but his memory lives on in my students’ minds. I used to buy from you at Amazon and I got very sad when I saw that you were not selling it there anymore. Thank *** I decided to search on the web and I found your website! In my classroom, I draw a student’s name to bring Scout home every Friday, and they need to write what they did with Scout on the weekend.
