Made-to-order or Customised products are not eligible for refund. Details are available on each product page.

To initiate a return for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@ilovemy.pet. 

Please also let us know why you'd like to initiate a return along with a few photos of the product you've received.
