30 Day Easy Returns.
Just email us at hello@ilovemy.pet within 30 days of delivery, tell us what went wrong, and include a few photos of the item you received. We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, we'll usually send a replacement or refund you, and often you won't even need to send the item back.
We'd love to offer change-of-mind returns too, but as we ship from outside the US, the return shipping cost is often higher than the cost of the product itself. So we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
That said, we genuinely want you happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us, and we'll do what we both think is fair.
